One of our biggest advantages at Home Rental Services is our trusted vendor network — and Gorilla Exteriors is a perfect example. 🏡

We've worked with them for more than a decade on roofing, siding, gutters, garage doors, painting and more for our KC Metro clients. And here's the thing: we trust them so much, we use them on our own personal homes too. Same vendors for our clients as for ourselves — as it should be!

Homes built in the 70s, 80s, and 90s (or even older) can still be great for long-term investments.In many cases, they offer larger lots, desirable established neighborhoods, mature trees, and floorplans that continue to perform well as rentals.
