This homeowner did everything right... and still found themselves facing foreclosure.
Through no fault of their own, they purchased a property that had been poorly rehabilitated. Multiple professionals missed critical warning signs during the transaction. Major systems were already damaged beyond repair before the purchase, and the cost to fix them was financially devastating.
When the reality surfaced, many would have walked away. We didn’t.
