After what feels like a full geological era of detours, cones, and “ROAD CLOSED” signs… the CR 220 bridge may finally reopen October 10, 2026 👀🚧

The project started January 20, 2025 and has tested the patience of every resident within a 5 mile radius. But the finish line is finally in sight.

✔️ New bridge deck complete
✔️ Signals 90% done
✔️ Final road work underway

🏡 Buy now at $300k
• You control the price
• You can refinance later if rates drop

⏳ Wait for lower rates… now it’s $350k
• Sure, the payment might be a little lower
• But you just paid $50k more for the same house

You can always refinance your rate…
You can’t go back and renegotiate your purchase price.
