June was a month full of hoops, hurdles, and challenges, but perseverance is the key that helps open new doors—and sometimes, new homes. 🏡🔑

To God be the glory for every one of these closings! Each transaction represents more than a sale. Behind every closing is a story—families beginning new chapters, pursuing new opportunities, and creating new memories.

This month included helping one family relocate out of state and another say goodbye to a cherished childhood home. While every journey is different, each one marks a fresh start and an exciting new beginning.

Thinking on this market and the last month I’ve consistently worked through.

If March taught me anything, it’s that not every plan goes as expected.

Plans changed, deals shifted, and there were plenty of things completely out of my hands—but that’s real estate sometimes.

Through it all, I am incredibly grateful for the buyers and sellers who continue to put their trust in me even when things don’t go as planned. It means more than I can say, and it’s something I never take lightly.
