So, a few days back I needed help from an electrician. Someone I know sent me a link to this company called Earth Care Pro Services - their website is rentatech.org - whos supposedly does all sorts of home repair and renovation work for a great price. Because they were referred to me, I went ahead and booked my work to be done - had to pay a 50 dollar booking fee, but the price for the work after that was great.
The day came for the electrician....no one showed. Nor the next day. So I contacted them to see what happened.
Instead of getting me a tech or helping, what I got was the run around. They wouldn't refund my 50, and they acted like I was just out of luck. They wouldn't let me talk to a manager. So, I told them, I was going to the BBB and file a complaint and THIS was the response!
