Well Bill Lee signed the upgraded deadly force law and now anyone can try and use deadly force on someone they think is trespassing* in Tennessee unless the person is "not facing them" What in the we let a teenager write these laws is going on with this state lol. It has come to my attention that Vanderbilt Medical has removed employee access to the directory so finding individuals within that maze of one of the largest employers in Tennessee now going to be extra effort and so the price will go up slightly. This is not unusual from elected officials. The key is to block the driveway and bring a bullhorn so there is no "I didnt know who that stranger was" it also helps if when the person dials 911 to report some "Stalker" if you are calmly using a bullhorn to announce over and over who you are and what you are there to do. After going through the certification courses in Texas and reading this filed affidavit I can say that the process server did meet the standard for effective service either way. Well done!
