As many of you know, for the last 10 years I've enjoyed being a REALTOR® and Mortgage Loan Originator, and it's given me a deep, unique understanding of the behind-the-scenes work that makes every transaction a success. My strengths lie in being exceptionally detail-oriented, thorough, proactive, and highly organized, allowing me to expertly juggle multiple ongoing transactions from beginning to end.

Now, I want to switch gears and dedicate my skills to a more administrative-type role. Does anyone know a reputable handyman/handywoman/general contractor who checks all of these boxes?

I have seller clients who would like to get quotes for several rather minor projects they'll likely want to be completed before I list their house in about 2 weeks.

I have pretty high standards when recommending other professionals to my clients, so please let me know if there is anyone you're confident I can trust to take good care of them.

Does anyone have recommendations for dependable & trustworthy Estate Sale companies for properties located in South Bend? The future sale of the property is covered (by me😄), but my client needs help selling the bulk of his late mother's belongings before we list her condo for sale.
