Tamara graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor’s degree from the School of Consumer and Family Sciences. Tamara’s strong work ethic was very useful in her 1st career after college in managing restaurants. She then moved into sales with Olinger Distributing as a Wine & Spirits Sales Representative covering St. Joseph, Elkhart, Marshall & Laporte Counties. These two careers influenced her love for cooking and wine. She definitely loves to talk about wine, so if you ever need advice on pairing food and wine, she can help you with that too. Wanting to be more in charge of her own destiny, she started her full-time real estate career with Coldwell Banker in 2003 quickly becoming a multimillion-dollar producer. Always looking for the next challenge she continues to raise the bar and increase her multimillion-dollar level each year. Denise, a licensed Realtor, and Transaction Coordinator joined the team in 2014. Denise earned her Real Estate Brokers license in 2020 to be able to assist the buyers and sellers more fully through the transaction process. As Transaction Coordinator, she handles behind-the-scenes details to insure an organized and timely process for each client with the goal of getting to the closing on the contracted closing date. Outside the world of real estate, Denise and her husband have lived in the Michiana area for 20+ years raising their 4 children.
