Excited to share that my client just went under contract, on his very first home. After renting locally, he set his sights on a quieter place with more space near family. After taking a job here in Michiana and renting for the past five years, my buyer decided this is where she wants to put down roots! Even though she still has a home and family out of state, Michiana has become home too.
