I thought it would only teach me about properties.

What I didn’t expect was how much it would teach me about myself.

I’m realizing how much I enjoy solving problems.

Every day is different. Sometimes it’s maintenance issues, resident concerns, lease questions, or something completely unexpected. But instead of feeling drained by it, I’ve realized I actually enjoy figuring things out and finding solutions.

It’s funny because I don’t know that I ever would’ve listed “problem solving” as one of my strengths before this job.

The more experience I gain, the more I realize this career is a really good fit for how my brain works.

A “turnkey” property means an investor can purchase it and start operating without needing major renovations or updates first.

Properties like this are especially attractive near Notre Dame because of game days, events, and year-round visitors.

Definitely a cool one to tour today.
