We are proud to share another successful outcome for our client. As shown below, we successfully challenged an erroneous E-2 denial by USCIS, securing an approval through a Form I-290B motion.

When USCIS overlooked critical evidence regarding our client’s online store and ignored a strong balance sheet of six-figure assets with zero liabilities, we knew the "not bona fide" and "marginal" designations were incorrect. We fought back, upholding the principle that the controlling authority requires every piece of record evidence to be weighed.

BREAKING: A federal judge has struck down the $100,000 H-1B fee. On June 8, the U.S. District Court in Boston ruled the fee an unconstitutional tax that Congress never authorized and vacated it nationwide — for now, USCIS cannot collect it. But with a conflicting ruling in D.C. and an appeal expected, this isn't the final word.
