A school bus full of children crashes after another driver allegedly brake-checks the bus and drives away. The children were seriously injured. But there’s another question families may not realize they could face: Who pays for their injuries if that driver is never found?

As Alex explains, Indiana law can make these “miss-and-run” crashes especially complicated when the vehicles never actually make contact.

If you were driving on I-465 and saw what happened, have dashcam footage, or caught a partial plate, please contact law enforcement. Identifying the driver could make a real difference for these children and their families.
