Craig Kyle Hemphill has dedicated decades of experience specializing in corporate transactions and complex commercial litigation. He is a Texas Southern University—Thurgood Marshall School of Law (Editor-in-Chief, Law Review, Magna Cum Laude, Third in Class), University of Kansas School of Law (SJD studies, ABD), University of Houston Law Center (additional training), Southern Methodist University—Perkins School of Theology (Cum Laude, High Social Justice Honors), and University of Texas at Arlington-College of Business and Economics graduate. Hemphill has taught law and business at several of his alma maters in the University of Houston and University of Texas systems.
