Vision, strategy, and imagination work with a community legal services org.

This incredible org decided to slow down and reflect for two days. From that brief pause, we dreamed together and thought through the processes/practices to help embody the world(s) we want to build in our internal and external relationships. But also, stay aligned in building those worlds we want to live in-even as everything around us destabilizes.

The closer we get to the end of the year, the more organizations feel pressure to push themselves to the "finish" line. But doing this with folks who not only resisted that, but are in a field that can be especially rigid and hard to navigate made it even more memorable and healing experience all around.

Intentional, thoughtful facilitation moves things. It moves our way of thinking, an organization’s energy, or how communities relate.

I’ve always believed this, but the past 6 months have driven it home. I’ve been trusted and held to facilitate around the country this year. BUT, I’ve also had an incredible group of women come in and facilitate me and my teams.

So—we’re keeping the good vibes going. If you know of an organization that’s been looking for a lil’ bit of play, a lil’ bit of facilitation and a chance to breathe, this might be of interest.

We’re playing with an opportunity for a small gathering to pause and think intentionally about what they want to (un)learn this year in community. Capping this at a small number.
