Meet Mike – Founding Partner at Greenberg Streich, PLLC
Mike Streich is a dedicated trial lawyer whose practice focuses on high-stakes cases involving 18-wheeler crashes, oilfield and refinery accidents, catastrophic workplace incidents, and offshore and maritime disasters.
Raised in Kingwood, Texas, Mike earned his bachelor’s degree in government from the University of Texas at Austin, where he served as a member of the Silver Spurs honorary service organization.
He then returned to Houston and earned his J.D., cm laude, from the University of Houston Law Center, where he was active on the mock trial team and served as vice-president of the Student Bar Association.
Before focusing exclusively on representing injured individuals and families, Mike spent nearly a decade representing corporate defendants and London market insurance syndicates in catastrophic personal-injury and death matters. He now uses that experience to advantage—ensuring his clients get the full benefit of insight that typically resides on the other side of the table.
At Greenberg Streich, PLLC, Mike brings the Max Chaos™ method into every case—relentless preparation, aggressive strategy, and pressure that leaves no stone unturned.
When he’s not in the courtroom, Mike enjoys time with his wife and their daughters. He is licensed to practice in all Texas state and federal courts.
