Not guilty x 3! Armed Robbery, Aggravated Battery with a Deadly Weapon, Aggravated Battery Great Bodily Harm. Facts: My client is the owner of a small business. Right before the closing time of the store, he was attacked and robbed of his firearm. During that struggle, the assailant kicked my client in the ankle, shattering it in 3 different places. The assailant was also injured during the struggle, and he bled all over the floor of my client's business. Realizing that his DNA was left at the crime scene, the assailant immediately called 911, and claimed that he was the victim of a robbery. The jury saw through the assailants lies and returned a verdict of not guilty.

Registration is no joke! Even one day late could result in a felony. You better take out your phone and videotape your interaction if you are turned away! You should also get the names and numbers of the other people who were turned away. In fact, turn your phone camera to them and ask them, "what just happened?"

Police turn away people trying to register, leaving them at risk of arrest. Some crime victims say the system fails them too.
