Whiteside & Goldberg is representing individuals in connection with an incident involving a hidden camera in the women's dressing room at the TJ Maxx store located at 1009 W. Lane Road in Machesney Park, IL. Following a customer report, authorities discovered that a store manager had placed a video camera in the dressing room. The Winnebago County Sheriff's Department urges anyone who used the dressing room between May 1, 2025, and February 28, 2026, to contact Detective Valdivieso at (815) 319-6406.
