Check out this great story on SUFEO! Thank you and congratulations to the students, alumni, and faculty who have sustained this project for more than 10 years. Since its launch in 2014, the program has served hundreds of K-12 students and their families, helping students stay in school and succeed.

Help spread awareness of changes to Illinois school law. Schools CANNOT withhold your school records because of an unpaid fee. If you, or someone you know, are in this situation make sure to advocate for yourself! If you need help, contact SUFEO for assistance.

Meet our SUFEO Team!

Nella (she/her) is a second-year law student and one of SUFEO’s development coordinators. She organizes recruitment and training events to make sure SUFEO members are equipped with the necessary skills to help provide legal services to students. She is interested in pursuing a career in public interest law focused on working with women and with families. Nella is from Miami and she misses the beautiful beaches the most.

Check back to meet more of our SUFEO team each week!
