By shifting the baby grand piano to a new location, we were able to create a spacious dining area that better highlights how this home can live and function.

1. Clear the Sightlines: If a bulky chair or heavy piece of furniture is blocking the view of a gorgeous green lawn, move it! Open up the traffic flow toward decks and patios.

2. Pop the Screens: Take the screens off the windows for your listing photos. It instantly increases the amount of natural light pouring into the room and makes the view look incredibly crisp.

By repositioning the sectional to the opposite wall, we created a cozy conversation and TV-watching area while opening up space for a game table—giving buyers multiple ways to imagine enjoying the room.
