PM Litchfield Real Estate Services Inc., is a full service Real Estate Agency. We specialize in helping people save their homes from foreclosure. We work with the sellers to save their homes by either short selling their house or selling to one of our national investors. Valerie Salkin is a Legal Studies major with over 14 years of experience in the Real Estate Industry. Licensed Real Estate Broker, Valerie is an expert in short sale negotiations, auctions and foreclosures having spent seven years as a leading professional mitigation specialist and negotiator, saving her clients from losing their homes and being left with insurmountable debt. Valerie has extensive experience in negotiating all types of Real Estate transactions with Financial Institutions, as well as individual entities to provide her clients with the best possible outcome. Her experience allows her to foresee and pro-actively react to any potential issue which could arise during any Real Estate transaction. Valerie is an ultimate professional, who believes in helping and supporting her clients in good times and bad. Her tenacity, persistency, energy and vision helped many people avoid ending up in deep financial hardship for a foreseeable future. I think my house was on the market for three years, facing foreclosures, couldn't find buyers, etc. And when we did find someone, it took Bank of America no time at all to screw up the deal. And then we found Paul and Valerie to help us move the entire process along. Valerie is so much of a gem as to make the stars weep from her radiance...no kidding! She would get the deal started and then tenaciously work with the Bank of America processors (not necessarily the brightest stars in the heavens) and hold the hands of me, my real estate agent, and the buyers' cast and crew: days, nights, and weekends. All of this juggling with equanimity, grace, humor, tenacity, and the patience of a sphinx. I meant it when I said the Abraham Lincoln lines above are about Valerie: YOU should know that there is a special place for you in my heart and soul for all you did, over such a long amount of time, without a single curse or note of exasperation. As they say in My Fair Lady: "You deserve a medal or be even made a Knight..." followed by Henry Higgins saying: "It's true, it's true, give credit where it's due..." but Valerie would never take the bows.
