I have to tell you I'm a little concerned about every time I say a word in my house that my Alexa is listening to me. I think I'm going to unplug it and I'm going to go back to the old fashioned egg timer and if you don't know what that is you're too young. :-)

Believe it or not, Winter is the best time to purchase a home. There is far less competition. If you purchase a house in February, there will be at least a 2 month process in regard to having a home inspection and negotiation if there were things found that the buyer will be asking the seller to fix, also, the mortgage companies and underwriters need time. The homeowners also need time to pack the house, etc. The buyers and sellers negotiate on a closing day. If you are on the fence about buying in the winter, consider it for the aforementioned above. I can help walk you through the process. I have been a Realtor since 2002 and I also Appraised and sold both Residential and Commercial properties. I am affiliated with LAER Realty. I have to say, I can't confirm, but I think I am the only one who can offer my goats to clear some land as a Closing Gift! I might even throw in a Lasagna as part of it! LOL!
