In coordination with , will revoke U.S. passports of those who owe significant child support debt. Anyone owing child support debt should arrange payment now with the relevant state child support enforcement agency to prevent passport revocation. If outside the U.S. when their passport is revoked, individuals with significant debt will be eligible ONLY for a limited validity passport for direct return to the United States. One year ago, I opened my law office with a vision, a lot of determination, and a leap of faith.

What followed has been more than I could have imagined, in the best way! This past year has been incredibly busy, challenging, and overwhelmingly successful.

But more than anything, it’s been humbling.

To my clients, thank you for trusting me to stand beside you during some of the most important moments of your lives. That trust is something I never take lightly.
To everyone who has supported me, referred me, and believed in me - thank you for being part of this journey.

This first year has exceeded every expectation I had, and I’m truly grateful for every case, every client, and every opportunity.

I’m proud of what’s been built, and even more excited for what’s ahead.

We are so excited to share our new location inside Chase Tower in downtown Charleston!

If the address sounds familiar, that’s because it is! This is the same office space I was in with a prior firm when I first entered into private practice. What a full circle moment!

We are still getting settled in, but we are up and running without missing a beat.

As 2025 comes to a close, we find ourselves reflecting with deep gratitude. Since opening in May, this year has been filled with growth, hard work, and—most importantly—the trust of our clients and community. We are incredibly thankful to everyone who has supported our firm, referred a friend, or allowed us to walk alongside them during important and often challenging moments.

Starting a new practice is never easy, but your confidence in us made 2025 meaningful beyond words. We look forward to continuing to serve you with dedication, integrity, and compassion in the year ahead.

The office will be closed to celebrate the new year, and we will reopen on January 5, 2026. We wish you and your loved ones a safe, joyful, and peaceful holiday season and a wonderful start to the new year.

As Christmas approaches, we want to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude to our clients, colleagues, and community for the trust and support you’ve shown us throughout the year. It is truly an honor to serve you.

Our office will be closed from December 24th through December 26th so we may spend time with our loved ones and reflect on the season of gratitude and giving. We will reopen on Monday, December 29th, and look forward to assisting you then.
