Music has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember.

Some of my earliest memories are riding around with my parents, listening to their 8-tracks. Classical, rock, pop — we heard it all, and we loved it all. That love of music stuck with me.

I’ve been incredibly fortunate to play so many shows over the last 30 years. Life and work stay pretty busy these days, so I’m especially grateful that I still get the chance to step away from it all, pick up the bass, and do something I’ve loved for most of my life.

And tonight is a special one.

The Modern Day is opening for Collective Soul tonight, right here in Charleston at The Refinery!

We’re grateful to have been invited to join these guys for a number of tour dates, and getting to play with them here at home is the perfect way to finish off our summer.

We hit the stage at 7:00 PM. Come out early, support some live music, and hang with us. You won’t be disappointed!
