🚨Texas THC Laws Have Changed!🚨

A new statewide ban on certain hemp-derived THC products is now in effect, making products containing delta-8, delta-10, THCP, and THCA flower illegal in Texas.

The new law is creating uncertainty for both businesses and consumers, with questions surrounding enforcement and potential criminal consequences.

Attorney Will Hale of Gergen, Hale & Campbell Law Firm spoke with KXAN about what Texans can expect as the new law takes ettect.
