🏡 Feb 2026 BTO Launch is LIVE! Redhill Prime + 4,000+ Balance Flats available
The February 2026 BTO Sales Exercise has officially launched! HDB has released a massive supply of over 9,000 units combined between BTO and Sale of Balance Flats (SBF).
Whether you are looking for a Prime location or a faster move-in date, here is what you need to know:

Redhill Vista in Bukit Merah is the star of this launch. As a Prime Location Public Housing (PLH) project, expect stricter resale rules and a 10-year MOP—but for the location, it might be worth the commitment!
