Incredibly grateful and honoured to have received this promotion!

It has been slightly over a year since I joined the real estate industry, and it happened to coincide with the most significant year of my life: getting married, finding my own dream home, serving in church, and finding my footing in a whole new career path.

To my amazing clients, friends, and family whom I have had the privilege of serving, thank you for your support, trust, and belief in the value that I provide. I am truly blessed to have crossed paths with so many amazing people thus far, and I can't wait to continue serving all my clients with integrity and excellence!

📉NEW IN: Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has released the new private home sales data for June 2022.

Developers launched a total of 397 units and sold 488 units in June (excluding ECs). Records show that new private home sales excluding ECs have seen a drop in sales by 64% since May. Including ECs, private home sales have decreased by 63.9%.

Private developments located on the CCR make up most of the sales in the sector this month with it accounting for 42.2% of the total private home sales. Sales in the OCR and RCR accounted for 22.8% and 35% respectively.

The three most popular projects for the month of June are Rivière, Haus on Handy and Normanton Park. Normanton Park has been consistently listed as one of the top 3 projects since June 2021. The 1,862-unit Normanton Park is now fully sold.

📈NEW IN: Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has released the new private home sales data for May 2022.

Developers launched a total of 1240 units and sold 1356 units in May (excluding ECs). Records show that new private home sales excluding ECs have doubled since April, with an increase of 105.5%. Including ECs, private home sales have increased by 62.6% since April.

This increase is attributed to the successful launch of Piccadilly Grand and Liv @ MB. Both developments are located in the RCR.

Similar to previous months, private developments located on the RCR still make up most of the sales in the sector with it accounting for 65.9% of the total private home sales. Sales in the OCR and CCR accounted for 18.2% and 15.9% respectively.

The three most popular projects for the month of May are Piccadilly Grand, Liv @ MB and Normanton Park. Normanton Park has been consistently listed as one of the top 3 projects since June 2021.

📈NEW IN: Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has released the new private home sales data for February 2022.

Developers launched 194 units and sold 527 units in February (excluding ECs). Records show that new private home sales excluding ECs have dipped by 22.5% since January. Including ECs, private home sales have also decreased by 23.6% since January.

This dip can be attributed to the lack of new launches in February, fear of inflation due to the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war, and overall gloomy global outlook and uncertainty.

In February, the only new launch was Royal Hallmark – A freehold condominium located in District 15.

Similar to last month, private developments located on the RCR still make up most of the sales in the sector with it accounting for more than half of the total private home sales in February at 50.5%. Sales in the OCR and CCR accounted for 30.4% and 19.2% respectively.

The three most popular projects for the month of December are Normanton Park, Avenue South Residence and Dairy Farm Residences. Normanton Park has been consistently listed as one of the top 3 projects since June 2021.
