skills and knowledge. Working there also equipped me with an arsenal of effective and relevant marketing techniques along with a broad network and valuable knowledge from top of the range mentors. One of the best investments I’ve made in recent years wasn’t a property, a business venture, or a marketing campaign.

It was committing to my health.

For me, the gym has become far more than a place to exercise.

It’s been a complete reset.

Rather like renewing the COE on an ageing car — except this time, the vehicle is me.

At 64, I feel stronger, healthier and more optimistic about the future than I have in years.

The lesson?

Sometimes the best investment you can make isn’t in your business.
