Everything falling in place at the right time for the buyer to request for an adhoc viewing today. Really liked the unit and requested to came back for second viewing 2 hours later with family and finally put up an offer swiftly and accepted. Cheque collection for seller to end off the wonderful 57th National Day.

Good vibes always hit right when both seller and buyers are nice and accommodating makes the negotiation smoother.

Throwback to 2nd March 2022 on this very day of 2 July 2022, our FIRST HDB Resale completion and also FIRST Client who trusted us with their home renovation. Thankful for clients’ Mr & Mrs Goh who trusted us to fulfil what we can deliver to them without the need of them going to site to check throughout entire renovation process.

Feeling great when Mrs Goh called to share that their relatives visited their place and pleased with the design and workmanship for an elderly friendly environment.
