Our office will be open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM starting tomorrow to provide free notarization of typhoon-related documents, including affidavits of loss, government aid applications, insurance or claim forms, and other similar documents.

CDIT Law’s Atty. Charles Divinagracia, who teaches Labor Law at SNMC Law and UV Gullas Law, served as guest speaker at the 5th General Membership Meeting of the Hotel, Resort and Restaurant Association of Cebu, Inc. (HRRACI) today, September 30, 2025, at Harolds Hotel.

He delivered a talk on the topic “From Notice to Exit: Legal Handling of Resignations and Terminations” before an audience of administrators and HR personnel from HRRACI’s member hotels, resorts, and restaurants.

About us

The firm’s origins trace back to 2014, when Atty. Tanya D. Ibanez and Atty. Charles G. Divinagracia were still pursuing their law studies at the University of San Carlos College of Law. Both dreamed then of puttng up their own office once they passed the bar and gained the necessary legal experience.

Immediately after taking the 2018 Bar Examinations, and while waiting for the results, Atty. Ibañez joined the Cebu Branch of Angara Abello Concepcion Regala & Cruz Law Offices (ACCRALAW), while Atty. Divinagracia joined the law firm of Gonzalez Tan Gatchalian & Associates, both as underbars. Not long after, Attys. Ibañez and Divinagracia passed and were admitted to the Philippine Bar.

After considerable experience with their respective firms, they eventually decided to fulfill their dream of setting up their own office. In March 2020, they established Divinagracia & Ibañez Law Offices, bringing not only fresh and innovative perspectives on the law, but also the commitment to giving personalized services that fit specific client needs.

Headquartered in Cebu City, the firm specializes in litigation, labor, immigration, and corporate work, and also handles tax and intellectual property law cases.
