UNIVERSITY 🎓 — Carlo Gurioli, Equity Partner, and Lawyer at bureau Plattner, was recently invited by Professor Paolo Giudici to deliver a lecture as part of the Advanced Business Law course at the Libera Università di Bolzano.

The session, titled “I documenti legali nella prassi delle operazioni di M&A” (Legal Documents in M&A Transactions), focused on the key contractual instruments typically used throughout the different phases of M&A deals — from the preliminary stage to closing and post closing activities.

The lecture provided a valuable opportunity to engage with students on practical aspects of transactional work, with particular attention to the structure and role of the main legal documents involved in acquisition and investment transactions.

Many thanks to Professor Paolo Giudici and the Libera Università di Bolzano for the invitation and for the opportunity to share practical insights with future professionals.
