Grazie all’ impegno professionale del fondatore, particolarmente qualificato e discreto, lo studio diviene in breve tempo rinomato anche al di fuori dell’Alto Adige nel settore del diritto penale, civile ed assicurativo. innanzi all’Autorità giudiziaria in tutto il territorio nazionale. Nel 1995 nasce lo studio associato Loner-Bertacchi, con l’ingresso dell’avv. Carlo Bertacchi, già collaboratore di studio, e l’attività dello studio si estende ai settori del diritto d’impresa e del diritto tributario, anche penale. Con l’ingresso nel 2000 nella compagine sociale dell’avv. Valentina Loner lo studio si rafforza con l’ulteriore estensione, tra gli altri, al settore del diritto del lavoro. Negli anni 2008 e 2013 fanno il loro ingresso nell’associazione professionale gli avv.ti Fabrizio Francia ed Esther Pomella. Unsere Kanzlei wurde im Jahr 1968 von Rechtsanwalt Dr. Arnaldo Loner gegründet. Dank dem professionellen Engagement des Gründers, der sich insbesondere durch Fachkompetenz und Diskretion auszeichnete, wurde die Kanzlei auf dem Gebiet des Versicherungsrechts, der zivilrechtlichen Haftung und des Strafrechts innerhalb kürzester Zeit auch außerhalb Südtirols bekannt. Während seiner nunmehr Jahrzehnte währenden Tätigkeit durfte Rechtsanwalt Dr. Arnaldo Loner führende Gesellschaften und herausragende Persönlichkeiten zu seinen Mandanten zählen, die er mit höchster Professionalität vor den Gerichtsbehörden im gesamten Staatsgebiet vertrat. Im Jahr 1995 wurde Rechtsanwalt Dr. Carlo Bertacchi, der bereits Mitarbeiter der Kanzlei war, zum Partner ernannt, die Kanzlei in die Rechtsanwaltssozietät Loner-Bertacchi umgewandelt und die Tätigkeitsbereiche um das Wirtschafts- und Steuerrecht, einschließlich entsprechendem Strafrecht, erweitert. Mit dem Eintritt in die Sozietät von Rechtsanwältin Dr. Valentina Loner im Jahr 2000 wurde die Kanzlei weiter verstärkt und die Tätigkeitsbereiche unter anderem auf das Arbeitsrecht ausgedehnt. In den Jahren 2008 bzw. 2013 wurden die Rechtsanwälte Dr. Fabrizio Francia und Dr. Esther Pomella zu Partnern der Sozietät ernannt. The law firm was founded by Avv. Arnaldo Loner in 1968. Thanks to the founder’s high standard of professional commitment, who distinguished himself particularly by expertise and discreet services, the firm soon became well-known also outside South Tyrol in the areas of insurance law, civil liability and criminal law. During his decades-long practice, Avv. Arnaldo Loner advised leading companies and outstanding individuals, dedicatedly representing them before judicial authorities throughout Italy. Carlo Bertacchi, previously an associate, became partner of the firm, which was thus converted into a partnership and expanded in terms of practice areas to include business and tax law as well as white-collar crime defence. When Avv. Valentina Loner joined the firm as a partner in 2000, the firm has been further strengthened by developing new practice areas such as labour law. In 2008 and 2013, respectively, Avv. Fabrizio Francia and Avv. Esther Pomella have been appointed new partners of the firm.
