Patton was established in May 2009 by its principal Gayle Patton. Gayle saw a niche in the market for good value legal services and decided to start her own practice to offer her unique approach to law on her own terms. Finally some movement to try and reduce the four year waiting period for a divorce. When you add on to this the reality that it may take a few years to have the divorce processed through the courts, it is often more like six or seven years before a divorce is granted.

Looking forward to our local running club's 5 mile event this Sunday the 12th June. If any of our clients fancy a day trip to Howth this would be the perfect start. A beautifully scenic route taking in the cliffs of Howth and the famous views of Dublin Bay. Runners/joggers/walkers all welcome. Howth is at its best at this hour of the morning and you will still have plenty of time to take in all it has to offer when you have finished!

Buying property at an auction might secure you a bargain but proceed with caution!! Never buy at auction without first having a solicitor look at the title to the property. If you need a mortgage then you must have your loan approval in place before bidding at the auction. At the fall of the hammer you have agreed to purchase the property. There is no going back!
