Patti joins the firm’s Partnership with extensive experience advising on safeguarding, clergy discipline and complex reviews across the Church of England, while Ann joins as Registry Clerk.

We're delighted to have advised the shareholders of Level Best Solutions Limited on the successful management buyout of the Edenbridge-based business.

The transaction sees the company acquired by Level Best Solutions Holdings Ltd, a newly incorporated holding company established for the buyout, creating a platform for the existing management team to lead the business through its next phase of growth and development.

Birketts advised the sellers across the corporate, acquisition finance and completion workstreams.
