The Renters’ Rights Act 2026 has introduced some changes for Landlords, including new legal requirements that must now be followed for both existing and new tenancies.

Many Landlords will already be aware of the removal of Section 21 ‘no fault’ evictions, but there are also important new paperwork obligations that could result in fines of up to £7,000 if missed.

What another great year at The Hadleigh Show.

A huge thank you to everyone who organised such a brilliant event, we had such a great day.

We had a really busy day at our stand, so thank you to everyone who came and said hi!

We definitely lucked out with the weather too as the sun was shining all day.
It was great to be back again this year, and it was even better than last year.

We’re always pleased to be part of the Hadleigh community, which is why we maintain a regular presence there through events like the Hadleigh Show and our free legal advice sessions at Hadleigh Library on Tuesdays and Fridays between 10am and 4pm.

A huge thank you to Ipswich & Suffolk Small Business Association for putting on yet another brilliant Anglia Business Exhibition yesterday!

We had a stand at the event and had such a lovely (and busy!) day meeting lots of new people and catching up with others.
