The has launched a national campaign to protect people from unregulated immigration advisers. We’re supporting this campaign to help people make informed decisions and access safe, reliable advice.

Many people, especially those facing urgent or complex situations, are unaware that immigration advisers must be regulated. This can leave them vulnerable to scams, poor advice, financial loss, and serious risks to their immigration outcomes.

The message is simple: Before you trust them, check them.

Before trusting someone with your case, you can use the IAA’s free online tool to check whether they are authorised to provide immigration advice.

Compass has been based at 111 Union Street in Glasgow since we opened in 2018. Unfortunately, the historic building was destroyed by fire on 08 March 2026.

We continue to operate fully and can arrange for any face to face meetings to be held at an alternative location until we are able to relocate our physical offices. All client files are safe.
