Meet Emma and Leo! 👋

They both came to Pocknells for work experience, and we’re really pleased to now have them as part of the team as Accounts Assistant Apprentices! 💙

They joined us as part of our 2026 apprentices and have been busy settling in and getting to know the team.

It’s great to see them go from work experience to starting their careers with us, and we are looking forward to seeing them learn and develop along the way!

🚗 Mileage Allowance Increase Confirmed

The Approved Mileage Allowance Payment rate is increasing from 45p to 55p per mile for the first 10,000 business miles driven each tax year — the first rise since 2011.

For employees and business owners using their own vehicles for work, this could mean greater tax-free mileage relief from April 2026.
