BONDiP’s founder, Damon Henshaw, has been a central figure in the Australian IP industry for 30 years. After becoming a senior partner in one of Australia’s leading IP firms, his work spanned overseas to international clients as well as local clients in Geelong, Adelaide, Melbourne, Byron Bay, Brisbane, and Sydney.

Damon’s passion is helping local businesses grow while providing protections that allow clients to safely and securely scale their creative and technological pursuits. . His own business interests have included investment in startups though Sydney Angels, a bar in Melbourne’s CBD, a hotel in Port Melbourne, an indoor paintball business as well as residential building developments in Sydney.
