Repost from my colleague TONI HABER -
The world lost a true icon.
When I think about Dolly Parton, what stands out to me most is how she never wavered from who she was. Through every chapter of her life and career, she remained unmistakably herself.
And she kept trying.
Â
She took chances, put herself out there, and never seemed to look at failure as something bad. It was a chance to learn. To grow. To adjust. And then to keep going.
I love that way of looking at life.
Â
After all these years in business, I’ve learned that very little goes exactly according to plan. Some of the greatest opportunities come from taking a chance, and some of the greatest lessons come from the things that didn’t work. Sometimes you simply have to find another way.
Â
But through all of her ambition and success, Dolly never lost sight of people.
That resonates deeply with me. I think about the clients who have trusted me, the colleagues who became friends, the mentors who opened doors, and all of the people who have been part of the different chapters of my life and career. Those relationships are some of the greatest measures of success to me.
Â
Dream more. Learn more. Care more. Be more.
Dolly did all four - while always remaining Dolly.

What a life. What a legacy. ❤️
