📊 How's the Winnetka real estate market?

I don't know about you, but I geek out on real estate statistics.
One of the questions I'm asked most often is, "How's the market?" These two charts tell a pretty remarkable story about the Winnetka single-family home market over the last five years.

🏡 Homes for sale have dropped from nearly 100 in 2021 to approximately 20 today.

📈 At the same time, the median sales price has increased from roughly $1.1 million to $2.0 million.

This is supply and demand in action. With fewer homes available and strong buyer demand, home values have continued to rise.
While national headlines focus on interest rates, local inventory remains one of the biggest drivers of home values here on the North Shore.

This morning, we had the pleasure of dropping off breakfast for the amazing team at the Winnetka Fire Department as a small thank you for everything they do for our community. ❤️
