Often dubbed "the hardest working person in the room," Denise built a diverse professional history in real estate, marketing, and project management. Denise began her professional career with Grubb & Ellis Company (now Newmark), a nationally renowned commercial real estate firm based in Chicago, which she credits
with inspiring a lifelong passion for the industry. Denise founded her own consulting company, Balcarcel Brand Management, LLC in 2012, designed to help real estate and other independent professionals define and engage target markets by creating effective marketing strategies. Denise completed her undergraduate education and earned a BA “with honors” in Interdisciplinary Studies from Governors State University in 2002. Denise holds an active Illinois Real Estate Broker’s License and earned certification in Social Media Marketing from Northwestern University. Denise currently serves as Operations Manager for Linda K. Martin, a Top Producer at Coldwell Banker Realty | North Shore-IL, overseeing administration, marketing, client relations, and strives to provide white-glove service on every level. Denise holds a current Illinois Real Estate Broker’s License and is a Referral Associate with Coldwell Banker Realty Referral Network.
