“I work in the social media world helping brands promote their products using social media influencers. I was working with a company on a large project and has a signed contract stating that at the end of the term, my payment would be over $10,000. After the project concluded, the company decided to stop responding to emails and phone calls regarding payment. I had to pay influencers for their work as well as other expenses and it was getting stressful. I called my provider law firm and explained to an attorney what was going on. Please help us give a warm welcome to our new Board Member, Aspen Jacoby!

Aspen is all about family, always finding ways to spend as much time as possible with her favorite people. You’ll usually find her outside on the slopes, hiking, exploring, firing up the grill, or on the sidelines coaching soccer. Sitting still isn’t really her thing; she’s always on the move and wouldn’t have it any other way. That same energy carries into her work in Operations and Project Management, where she keeps things organized, moving forward, and getting things done. At her core, Aspen is building a life rooted in activity, love, and a sense of adventure.

"I own a small auto repair business. A year ago, I was accused of a multitude of things by a customer and, while all of it was completely false, that customer sued me. So that I didn't lose by default, I had to defend myself in court. Thankfully, I have been a member of LegalShield for years.
