Her career path took the back burner when her first son was born and she took a break from real estate to stay home and raise her children. While at home, Kacki's creativity, love for marketing and drive to succeed led her to start up a manufacturing company. In just three years, her idea came to fruition with her products being wholesaled across the US to retailers including Hallmark, Cracker Barrel and numerous Collegiate book stores. Kacki and her husband Chris settled in Waxhaw 14 years ago. Together with their 2 boys (12 and 14) and Golden Retrievers Marshall and Cooper, they have found their place to call home. Finally, it has come full circle for Kacki. ✅ Median Sales Price: Jumped to $772,500 (+11.6%) – strong price growth.
✅ Average Sales Price: Up a huge +30% at $972,434.
✅ Months Supply of Inventory: Rose to 3.6 months (+33.3%) – buyers have more options.
❌ Closed Sales: Down -8.2%, showing a bit of a slowdown in completed deals.

Quick Fact About the Lancaster County Sales Tax Proposal That the County Will Have on the Ballot in November

If passed Lancaster County will be tied for the highest sales tax rate in the State. Charleston, Horry (Myrtle) and Jasper Counties all have 9% now. All these are coastal counties. The other 43 counties are currently lower.

I remember when we were a fiscally conservative county. I’m not sure local government needs a parachute for the out of control growth that it, not the taxpayers caused. We”ll just see how much our county has changed come November. The traffic is terrible in Indian Land without a doubt. With right of way purchases, utility movements, and political bureaucracy it will be a long time to see improvement in our roads whether it is passed or not.
