Congratulations to my great friend, Max LaCoursiere, on his appointment as a District Court Judge in Minnesota’s Ninth Judicial District, where he will be chambered in Warren and serve the people of Marshall County.

Max and I have known each other since law school, and I’ve had the privilege of watching him grow into exactly the kind of person you would hope to see on the bench.

He has always been thoughtful, steady, and deeply committed to doing things the right way. This appointment reflects not only his professional accomplishments, but the character and integrity he has carried throughout his career.
