Charles has practiced law in Alabama since 1998, focusing on complex family and matrimonial law matters including divorce, post-divorce modifications, custody disputes, child support, alimony, retirement benefits, business valuations, and asset division.

In addition to his trial and litigation work, Charles also leads the firm’s statewide appellate practice, helping clients challenge or defend trial court decisions in divorce and post-divorce matters.
