What a sweet week it was! We were thrilled to have Kona Ice visit all 30 of our properties this past week and treat our amazing employees to some refreshing Kona Ice!

It was a fun way to show our appreciation for the dedication, hard work, and heart our employees bring every day. 💙 From colorful flavors to big smiles, Kona Ice brought a little extra fun to everyone’s day!

We are excited to welcome Michelle Clark back to Abbey Residential as our Southwest Vice President! 🎉

Michelle brings more than 26 years of multifamily management experience and a proven track record of leadership, operational excellence, and team development. Prior to rejoining Abbey, she served as Executive Vice President at Gateway Management Company, where she oversaw 186 properties and 16,000 units across Conventional, LIHTC, Senior, and Workforce Housing portfolios.

Many of us had the pleasure of working with Michelle during her previous 12 years with Abbey, where she successfully served as Regional Manager and National Training & Marketing Director! Her extensive experience spans property operations, acquisitions, due diligence, new development, rehabilitation projects, and third party management.

Please join us in welcoming Michelle back to the Abbey family! We are thrilled to have her leadership, expertise, and passion on our team once again!

Our National Training Director had the opportunity to spend some one-on-one time training with The Abbey at Hightower team!

After a productive training session, the team headed to Smash N Bash for some well deserved fun in the rage room and splatter paint experience. Great training, great energy, and even better memories with our team at The Abbey at Hightower!

The evening portion of day 2 of our 2026 Leadership Conference ended on such a high note!

Our awards dinner is always a highlight as we recognize the hard work and dedication of our team throughout the year as well as get to acknowledge some of key vendors sponsors. 🎉

We closed out the night with our glow up after party full of great music, a photo booth, amazing company, and perfect rooftop weather. Truly a night to remember!

Day 2 of our 2026 Leadership Conference was 🔥

We started strong with Anissa Faus leading us through the MOJO Method, focusing on how to show up as stronger leaders for our teams and ourselves. So many valuable takeaways to apply at work and home! It was a super impactful session.

Next up, we had a team-building challenge where we went head-to-head to see who could build the tallest balloon tower! Everyone’s competitive sides came out!

We then had an amazing cocktail hour with our team and vendor sponsors. So many great conversations and connections before our awards dinner!

Part 2 with the awards dinner and the after party coming soon! It was a jam packed day of learning, fun, and celebration!

Day 1 of our 2026 Leadership Conference in Savannah, GA was so amazing! 🌟It is always the best time when we get our team together!

We kicked things off with a beautiful rooftop welcome dinner, followed by an unforgettable pub crawl on our group pedal tour! We had great energy, lots of fun, and even better company.

We’re just getting started and feeling fully energized, inspired, and ready to REIGNITE!🔥
