A Litigation Paralegal provides litigation support for multiple attorneys, and performs paralegal tasks, including, but not limited to preparing correspondence, agreements and documents from rough draft, e-filing in state and federal court, dictation, proofs and edits documents for accuracy, drafts and answers discovery, organize and bates number discovery documents, redacting, organize and index case files and records as needed, interviews with potential clients, schedules depositions and other meetings, maintains filing systems and communicates in person, by telephone, fax, mail or email with internal and external contacts.
