The Santa Clarita Valley (SCV) Council, established under SRAR Bylaw, Article IV. Section 3. (3.3), shall act on behalf of the Santa Clarita Valley Region. The purpose of the SCV Council is to create and execute programs to support SRAR members whose business is located in the Santa Clarita Valley area and to promote the image of REALTORS® through ethical behavior, adherence to the Bylaws, and objectives of the Association. The 2027 Chairperson of the SCV Council will be Larry Fleischman. There are nine open seats on the SCV Council.

SFV Office Closure – Monday, August 31
Due to a scheduled onsite project, the SRAR Lake Balboa office will be closed to members on Monday, August 31st. While the building will be closed, our SFV staff will be working remotely and available during regular business hours by phone and email to assist our members. Need to make a store purchase? Our Santa Clarita Valley office will remain open, or you may place your order online for pickup at the Lake Balboa office beginning Tuesday, September 1st.
