right for others. I worked serving homeless veterans through a housing first model, which was focused on meeting the housing needs first for veterans. That is where I will find private real estate investors to serve the mission of housing veteran's. It is also when I discovered the interest I had for real estate. 1️⃣ Lack of Communication

If your agent takes days to respond, gives vague updates, or disappears after signing the listing, that’s a red flag. Sellers deserve consistent updates, feedback from showings, and clear timelines.

2️⃣ Poor Marketing Strategy

A house won’t sell if buyers don’t see it.
If your agent is only relying on the MLS and doing nothing else — no social media, no video, no open houses, no professional photos — they’re not doing their job.

Don’t LET THIS BE YOU

Home sellers your time is money. The longer your home sits on the market the more it will impact the sales price
