We are expecting new inventory and need to make room for our new additions! We have a set of two occasional chairs in perfect condition - used only a handful of times in vacant stagings. Also a burlwood coffee table with brass feet. This beautiful piece has some signs of wear, as documented in the photos, but still has plenty of life left for the right person! Finally we have a great outdoor rug, only used once in a covered sunroom! DM us for details. You must pickup, no delivery!

A wall of empty built-ins is one of the hardest things to sell. Buyers don't see character, they see shelves they'd have to fill.

We filled select spaces, leaving plenty of room to breathe, and created a warm seating area in front. Same wall, completely different feel when you walk in.

So, we showed them how it works and took the guesswork out of it. Staging shows that a complete family room can fit in the space, overcoming potential buyer objections before they start.
