Another milestone in the Davis household. My babies are growing up way too fast 🥹 It feels like just yesterday that Syrus was heading off for his first day of kindergarten, and today is his last first day of high school. Where did the time go?!

And my baby girl is having her first last day of middle school. 🥹💕 I'm holding on extra tight to this one because she's the last of the bunch.

Father God, I ask that You continue to protect, guide, and cover my babies as they navigate another successful school year. Give them wisdom, confidence, favor, and peace every step of the way. Isaiah 66:13 🙏🏽💕

Almost a year ago, I met this client for the first time while showing her a piece of land she was considering. Although she decided not to move forward at the time, we stayed connected and kept the conversation going.

Fast forward to now—she reached out about another parcel I shared with her, and this time she was ready to move immediately!

We are officially UNDER CONTRACT on her very first land purchase… and my first land transaction as well, with many more to come! So excited to be part of this milestone with her.
